Yeah Write Club

Yeah Write Club is a bi-monthly newsletter featuring interviews with writers, authors, and editors, as well as writing resources and job opportunities, created by Kaleigh and Brandon Moore.

Kaleigh and Brandon had thought about turning the photo of each interviewee into a sketch drawing, to maintain a consistency in design throughout the newsletter.

We locked down a style–similar to the sketch drawing I made of their cute golden retriever pup, Brooks– and I recreated all of the interviewee photos, along with some “editorial objects” typically found in a writer/author’s work space.

I loved working on this project with Kaleigh and Brandon. They described very clearly what they were looking for, and allowed me the creativity to come up with the best solution.
